Combineer Microsoft Teams met Proximus telefonie
Microsoft Teams maakt samenwerken al supergemakkelijk: je kan statusupdates geven, documenten delen of chatten met collega’s. Daarnaast maakt Proximus het ook mogelijk om je vast telefoonnummer te verbinden aan je Teams account. Op die manier kan je vanuit je Teams-omgeving naar alle vaste, mobiele of internationale nummers bellen. Deze handige feature is beschikbaar op

Hoe werkt het?
Proximus maakt Direct Routing mogelijk voor Microsoft Teams, waardoor u kunt bellen en gebeld worden van en naar vaste en mobiele nummers in Teams. Dit gebeurt door de Proximus SIP Trunk te koppelen aan het Microsoft Phone System. In het Proximus Datacenter worden gecertificeerde Session Border Controllers geïnstalleerd om de verbinding met de Microsoft cloud te maken.
